There is no account. Your cash counts, budgets, concession notes, and other worksheet entries stay on your device unless you print or download them.

Saved work

Worksheets and preferences may be saved in the browser you are using. Clearing browser data can remove them, and we cannot recover a local worksheet for you.

Backups and deleted work

Download a backup, CSV, or printout for anything important. To remove a saved worksheet, use its clear button or clear BoosterTally's site data in your browser. Delete downloaded copies separately.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare aggregate request analytics to understand which pages are reached. Worksheets also request a small file from this site when you first edit, load an example, start a CSV or backup download, import a valid backup, or open a print packet. These counts do not tell us who used a tool or whether a job was completed. These requests contain only the tool and action names, with no worksheet values, saved project names, backup contents, query strings, or referrer. They use no cookies or user identifiers. Our host still processes routine connection details to deliver and protect the site. We do not send worksheet contents to analytics. We do not sell user data.

What not to enter

Leave out student records, medical or emergency-contact details, bank information, tax IDs, private donor contacts, passwords, and official financial records.
